Westhampton Project:
This project included renovating the existing dwelling and an addition. New bathrooms, fireplace, tile and even an elevator. Beautiful full glass slidersallow the owners to enjoy the amazing view.
Outdoor Living Space:
We added to this beautiful home and outdoor living space to include an outdoor bar and built-in BBQ. We raised the decking area to meet the height of the house for easy access and installed a pre-stained cedar pergola with a custom cover for bad weather. An outdoor ceiling fan and infrared heaters allow this space to be used year round.
Bridgehampton Project:
This project was a referral from another client. We took over this project midstream from an incompetent contractor. We had to repair numerous deficiencies left uncompleted. We finished this beautiful home for our client so that they could enjoy it for years to come.
Remsenburg Project:
This custom build was done on a vacant property. We worked with our architect to make this special for the owners. Every aspect of this project was handled with a careful eye to the utmost detail.
East Quogue Project:
This house was purchased in 2018 and the owners decided to renovate the entire dwelling (house with yellow paint is the “before”). The owners added an in-ground 20x40 custom salt water pool with Wheaten Granite decking. We constructed a new 2-car garage with an entertainment space in the loft. The existing garage was converted into a kitchen to reflect the owners taste. New double hung/tilt wash windows replaced all of the old windows. The previous enclosed porch was renovated to include a master bathroom and walk in closet. The exterior of the home had pre-painted cedar shingles, new roof, and 1/2 round gutters installed.
Belle Terre Project
This house on the water in Belle Tere needed to have all of the soffit material removed and replaced with pre-primed and painted Versatex materials. The outdoor covered patios had existing tile removed and replaced.
Decking Project:
This decking project in Remsenburg was a complete rebuild. After obtaining all necessary permits, we removed all existing decking, reinforced the framing around the house and pool, installed beautiful IPE decking and a cable railing
for safety while allowing a clear view from the pool.
Watermill Siding:
This amazing home in Watermill was a referral from our friends at Certainteed. As an authorized contractor for the Certainteed siding company we removed the existing siding, repaired all of the rotting wood, and installed new siding on the entire house.
